Services and Fees

Your initial therapy session will typically last 60 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your background, primary concerns, and goals for therapy. This helps us determine the best course of treatment. For children under 18, the first appointment is reserved for parents only. At the end of the initial session, your therapist will provide treatment recommendations and discuss session duration and frequency. Therapy sessions are usually scheduled for 45-minutes on a weekly basis, though the duration and frequency of sessions are adjusted to meet your specific needs. Together, we’ll work to create a space for healing, growth, and support tailored to you and your child’s unique journey.

We are out-of-network providers, meaning that we do not accept insurance. However, many insurance companies will provide reimbursement for mental health services. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with an electronic Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. In order to learn more about your insurance coverage, we recommend asking your insurance company the following questions:

• What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health?

• Is this separate from my in-network deductible?

• At what rate will I be reimbursed for out-of-network services?

• Is there a maximum number of sessions for the year?

• How do I submit a claim for reimbursement?

Payment is due at the time of visit. We accept credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA payments for services rendered. Below is a list of our fees:

• Initial Intake Visit (60 minutes) - $220

• 60-Minute Therapy Session - $210

• 45-Minute Therapy Session - $185

• 30-Minute Therapy Session - $130
