Psychological testing is used to better understand emotional, behavioral, developmental, or cognitive functioning and to inform diagnoses and recommendations. Testing will begin with the intake process, in which we will collect background information to ensure that all relevant information is captured when conducting the evaluation. We will subsequently meet with your child for testing sessions. Following completion of testing, an interpretive feedback session will be offered to review results and recommendations. A written report will also be provided.
Insurance Information
We are out-of-network providers, meaning that we do not accept insurance. However, some insurance companies will provide reimbursement for psychological evaluations. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with an electronic Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. In order to learn more about your insurance coverage, we recommend asking your insurance company if assessment and psychological evaluation services are covered.
Payment and Fees
Payment is due at the time of visit. We accept credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA payments for services rendered. Testing is $220 per hour, which includes the initial intake, testing sessions, feedback session, and writing time.
